Golden Quartz Cluster 87g

This Golden Quartz included with Iron Oxide, and Hematite has a unique crystal cluster that underwent at least three generations of quartz growth. The clear quartz growth was covered by iron oxide and then followed by a partial quartz growth. Around the base are numerous small, dark pieces of hematite that possibly grew in a further stage of development.

The uppermost part of the crystal is mostly transparent with some areas of cloudy white quartz. In the center of the crystal is a large deposit of orange iron oxide. Large parts of the crystal surface has the iron oxide exposed.
