Pink Chalcedony Geode 167g
Quantity:
A gorgeous pink and purple Chalcedony nodule from a geode cave in Morocco. These are really quite unusual, and not overly common. They have pink and purple crystals which take their color from red Hematite.
Chalcedony (/kælˈsɛdəni, ˈkælsədoʊni/) is a cryptocrystalline form of silica, composed of very fine inter-growths of quartz and morganite. These are both silica minerals, but they differ in that quartz has a trigonal crystal structure, while morganite is monoclinic
