Blue Fluorite + Calcite Rosette & Quartz Cluster

This sculptural plate showcases three generations of crystallisation: an early carpet of translucent, steel-blue fluorite cubes (up to 2 cm on edge); a later bloom of beige calcite blades stacked into delicate rose-like clusters; and interstitial colour-less to faint-smoky quartz prisms that add brilliant sparkle. The contrast between the frosted blue fluorite and the matt, papery calcite discs gives the piece a dramatic, textural appeal from every viewing angle. Huanggang is celebrated for this exact paragenesis, but specimens with such intact rosette coverage, sharp fluorite faces, and minimal matrix overgrowth remain scarce.
