Pale-Blue Topaz with Smoky Quartz & Albite Matrix – 232 g, Shigar Valley
Dimensions:
x xA lustrous, bevel-terminated topaz (≈ 29 mm across) rises from a sugary bed of white albite. Its subtle blue tint—more “icy whisper” than aquamarine—remains eye-clean save for a few wispy veils. Surrounding it, semi-transparent smoky-brown quartz prisms and tiny jet-black tourmaline needles create a tonal gradient from frost to dusk. Flecks of silvery muscovite flash between cavities, while drusy albite adds texture. Shigar Valley is famed for this colour-balanced association, yet specimens that pair a single showcase topaz with aesthetic smoky quartz framing are increasingly scarce. At 232 g, the cluster is light enough for desk display yet large enough to command attention in any cabinet.
